MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Officer ATM Channel”.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Officer ATM Channel

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration and Finance or a related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ 2-3 year experience in channel management or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry with a focus on ATM networks.
➡️ Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, ATM Network & Management and emerging payment technologies.
➡️ Demonstrated experience in developing and launching successful ATM products in a digital banking environment.
➡️ Familiarity with ATM network management, including deployment, cash management, maintenance, and security measures.
➡️ Proven track record of driving product innovation and delivering results in a highly competitive market.
➡️ Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to ATM Channel and payment systems.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Responsible for the effective management, maintenance and optimization of the bank’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network.
➡️ Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring ATM functionality, coordinating repairs and maintenance and implementing strategies.
➡️ Collaborates with various departments to uphold service standards.
➡️ Manage vendor relationships and contribute to the overall efficiency of the ATM network.
