Position Title: Assistant Manager – Legal

Job Description:

1) Provide legal support to the company’s business interests and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2) Review and prepare refinance agreements, employment contracts, vendor contracts, and security documentation.

3) Conduct legal research on matters relating to employment law, contract law, banking law, tax law, property law, and any other laws relevant to the company’s legal requirements.

4) Support the company in managing regulatory matters of the company.

5) Review and prepare credit agreements.

6) Maintain and manage the database/MIS of legal opinions and documentation.

7) Coordinate with external law firms on the approved legal panel of PMRC.

8) Maintain company records related to refinance legal documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

At least an LLB from a recognized local or foreign university. Candidates holding postgraduate qualifications such as Bar, LLM, or LPC may also be considered.

Minimum one (1) year of experience in Banking and Finance Laws, particularly in handling corporate and commercial legal matters.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
