Lead pricing, trade terms, and contract negotiations while developing and executing strategic account plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and RGM teams to ensure seamless commercial execution.
Drive trade marketing initiatives, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and ensure high customer service standards.
Oversee forecasting, performance reporting, team guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies and commercial guidelines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, data analysis, or back-end sales support in an FMCG, food, or dairy organization.
Education: BBA, Bachelors in Commerce/Economics, or related field.

JOB DETAILS:

Job Responsibilities:

Compile and analyze primary & secondary sales data; prepare basic sales reports and dashboards.
Support SFA/ERP systems, order management, beat planning, and database maintenance.
Track trade schemes, promotions, discounts, and ensure timely claim processing.
Coordinate with distributors and sales teams for documentation, stock reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Ensure SOP compliance, maintain records, and support system rollouts and product launches.
