We are seeking a results-driven Senior BTL Marketing Specialist to lead regional brand activation and trade marketing initiatives across Sindh. This role requires strong field execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate market insights into impactful campaigns.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Lead planning and execution of BTL campaigns (roadshows, retail branding, events, billboards, signboards)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and regional partners
• Conduct regular market visits across Sindh to identify growth and co-marketing opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend actionable strategies
• Conduct customer interviews and prepare insight-driven reports
• Track campaign ROI and measure effectiveness of regional activities
• Develop localized marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, and HQ Marketing teams
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL / Trade Marketing (technology or energy sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of Sindh market dynamics (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur)
• Willingness to travel frequently within the province
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing ATL campaigns (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor & Digital Mass Media)
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media houses, and vendors
• Support development of campaign briefs, creative concepts, and promotional ideas
• Track campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• Prepare basic performance and media reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support regional ATL rollouts and brand visibility initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams for campaign alignment
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, or related field
• Basic understanding of ATL marketing and brand communication
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative thinker with analytical ability
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly motivated and eager to grow in brand and media marketing
