Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing plans aligned with portfolio demand and category strategy.
- Drive supplier selection, supplier base development and onboarding through RFx.
- Anticipate and respond to market changes in a timely manner to ensure alignment.
- Lead contract and price negotiations to secure best T&Cs and cost outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle and performance against KPIs.
- Initiate and follow up on early price negotiations to achieve optimal costs at volume production.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Certification in CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis (research experience a plus).
- Prior experience in direct procurement is preferred.
- Experience in managing spend analytics for multi-functional organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
