Qualifications
- Qualification: BBA, MBA or Any Other Degree in related field
- Location: Johar Town, Lahore
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Salary: Rs. 120,000 + fringe benefits
- Note: Female candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain documentation and reporting of customer interactions
- Assist the COO in meeting preparations, presentations, and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with foreign associates on behalf of the COO
- Draft emails, reports, and deliver presentations when required
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
