Position : Sr. Officer / Executive – Internal Audit
Exciting opportunity to join us as a Sr. Officer / Executive – Internal Audit
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CIA, ACCA part-qualified, or CA Intermediate preferred)
1–3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector
Strong analytical and auditing skills with hands-on experience in operational and compliance audits
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
Willingness to travel frequently for audit assignments across regions or nationwide
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical audits of warehouses, distributors, retail outlets, and market locations
Verify sales records, stock levels, cash handling, and customer invoices
Ensure that warehouse and distributor operations comply with company policies and SOPs
Perform system vs. physical verification of stocks and identify mismatches, pilferage, damage, or expiry issues
Review claim settlements, credit limits, discounts, and promotional schemes for validation
Monitor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and tax documentation
Review operating expenses (fuel, rent, utilities, allowances) and identify unauthorized or inflated claims
Identify fake invoices, delayed deposits, misuse of discounts, or other irregularities
Conduct unannounced audits to check real-time operations and detect potential fraud or non-compliance
Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations for improvement
Present findings to the Supervisor and Head of Internal Audit and follow up on corrective actions
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
Effective communication and report-writing skills
Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and travel extensively for audit engagements
Location: Field-Based (Frequent travel to Warehouses, Distributors, Factories, and Regional Offices)

Position : Internal Auditor (Factory)
Exciting opportunity to join us as an Internal Auditor – Factory
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CIA, ACCA part-qualified, or CA Intermediate preferred)
· 1–3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments
· Exposure to labor and employee relations, especially in unionized or labor-intensive setups
· Experience in operational audits across departments is highly desirable
· Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct internal audits across all functional areas of the factory, including but not limited to.
· Production processes, maintenance and engineering, stores and inventory, procurement (factory-level).
· Employee & Labor Relations (ER/LR), HR and Admin, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
· Give special attention to Employee & Labor Relations (ER/LR) during audits, focusing on:
· Compliance with labor laws (EOBI, Social Security, WPPF, SESSI, etc.)
· Contractor and third-party labor compliance
· Hiring, overtime, shift patterns, and wage calculations
· Disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and documentation
· Worker welfare, canteen, medical, and housing facilities (if applicable)
· Identify risks, non-compliances, and gaps in internal controls
· Develop detailed audit plans, checklists, and procedures based on regulatory frameworks and internal standards
· Report audit findings clearly and accurately, with actionable recommendations
· Follow up with departments on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation
· Conduct surprise checks and compliance walkthroughs to ensure real-time controls
· Assist in policy improvements by giving feedback based on audit observations
· Stay updated with relevant labor laws, industrial regulations, and internal control trends
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws, labor regulations, and employee rights
· Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and investigative skills
· Excellent report writing, documentation, and presentation abilities
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of staff
· High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
