Key Accountabilities
- Timely and Accurate Processing of Enrollments: Ensure efficient handling of enrollments.
- Preparation of Updated Insured Member Lists: Maintain and provide accurate insured member reports to clients.
- Salary Updates for Insured Members: Record and process salary revisions for enrolled members.
- Record Maintenance & Compliance: Keep accurate, audit- ready documentation.
- Client Communication & Coordination: Maintain timely and clear communication with client HR teams.
- Data Accuracy in System Updates: Ensure accuracy of updates in internal systems related to enrollments. Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Good Presentation & Communications Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
