Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience in support desk in additional network troubleshooting awareness.
Profile
- Management of Local Area Network.
- Evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
- Smooth running of all desktops, printers, telephone sets and video conference solution.
- Management of IP-PABX (Telephony).
- Coordinate with 3rd Party vendors in resolving day to day problems.
- Management of IT Inventory including licenses.
- Management of Surveillance systems.
- To ensure implementation of safety policies at workplace.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.
- Manage Remote Network and system support.
- Technical Helpdesk Services.
- Remote administration of Windows PCs.
- Handling/Management of servers.
- Willing to travel within the city whenever required.
- CCTV Configurations.
