We are hiring!
SEFAM Pvt Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager Cloud & System for its head office.

Ideal candidate shall be responsible for:

Administer hybrid Exchange, manage M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune), perform mailbox migrations, configure mail flow/EOP, and manage licenses/users via M365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources (VMs, storage, networking, backups), monitor infrastructure using Azure tools, configure virtual networks/VPN, and implement cost controls/automation/compliance monitoring.
Manage Entra ID for identity and access, configure/monitor Azure AD Connect, implement Conditional -Access/MFA/SSPR/PIM, manage identity protection/sign-in diagnostics/RBAC, and ensure secure hybrid identity practices.
-Implement/manage security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, endpoint protection), manage IAM and least privilege, conduct security assessments/vulnerability scans, monitor security logs/alerts/incidents and participate in response, develop/maintain security policies, ensure compliance, implement DLP, and provide security awareness training.

Certifications (Preferred):

-Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
-Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
-Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert
-CompTIA Security+ CCSP

Interested candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience) & 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & Online), Microsoft 365, and Azure, 2+ years of experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, identity synchronization, and access management. Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and M365/Entra portals & Strong understanding of security principles, best practices, and relevant security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) are encouraged to apply at [email protected] by mentioning position title in the subject line.
