We’re hiring a Branch Manager for our Deposit Branch to lead deposit mobilization efforts, drive sales, ensure amazing customer service, and manage daily operations.
Location: DHA, Karachi
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of deposit products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales:
- Develop and implement branch-level strategies for deposit mobilization.
- Achieve monthly and annual deposit targets.
- Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities (individuals, SMEs, corporates).
- Promote cross-selling of bank products (e.g. term deposits)
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Management:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Monitor daily transactions and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Oversee cash management and security protocols.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, AML/KYC policies, and internal procedures.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize risk.
- Coordinate with internal audit teams and resolve any audit observations.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on branch performance, deposit trends, and market analysis.
- Analyze branch performance and take corrective measures when necessary.
