What We’re Looking For:
- Degree: Graduation/Masters in a textile-related field
- Experience: 2-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original textile patterns and designs for international home textile markets.
- Research and select appropriate materials and base fabrics for designs.
- Conduct trend analysis to align designs with consumer preferences and market trends.
- Develop technical sketches and Photoshop designs for manufacturing specifications.
- Create and manage color palettes aligned with international standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to produce samples and prototypes, ensuring quality and color accuracy.
- Drive innovation by experimenting with new techniques, materials, and digital tools.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all designs, materials, and processes.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong email writing and communication skills
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for design development

- Excellent MS Office and email writing skills for documentation and communication.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and innovate new designs.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and develop embroidered and quilting designs using Wilcom Emb (Studio).
- Select suitable materials to ensure quality and durability of products.
- Conduct cost analysis and sampling to optimize production.
- Perform continuous innovation in product design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring unique and high-quality textile designs to market.
