The position is based at our Plant in FIEDMC, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Job Summary: Ensure that all the maintenance work is completed in time following SOPs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and plan preventive and corrective work orders.
Ensure that preventive, predictive & planned maintenance is completed in agreed time.
Monitor maintenance budget expenditure and capture details in the system.
Plan & ensure stock of spare parts.
Coordinate and ensure service delivery in unplanned / emergency situation.
Monitor and check machines to ensure minimum shut down
Undertake inspections of the repair works done to ensure the quality of the work, following checklists.
Proactively establish system and implement maintenance SOPs
Ensure compliance with HSE and HACCP.
Assign duties to the staff and manage shifts
KPIs
Plant downtime analysis
Schedule Work Compliance
Completion of project in agreed time and budget
Plant down time due to unavailability of the spare parts
No of major/minor accidents in Maintenance dept
Work experience requirement: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance work in a manufacturing setup handling heavy machinery.
Qualification: B. Engg or B. Tech (Electrical)
