URGENT HIRING – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / SECRETARY (FEMALE)
Location: KARACHI
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Secretary to support senior management in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Handle internal and external communication.
Prepare and manage correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar executive support role.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
