ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes in our Stitching Division (Cut to Pack). The ideal candidate will analyze production workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering (textile/fabric manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Knowledge of (Stitching – Cut to Pack) machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct time-motion studies and process audits to identify bottlenecks.
• Design layouts for machinery, workflow, and material handling systems.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop SOPs and train staff on new processes.

About the Role: We are hiring a Supply Chain Executive to oversee Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management for our Textile Operations. The role ensures Timely Raw Material Supply, Cost Optimization, and seamless coordination with suppliers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Supply Chain Operations (sourcing, procurement, warehousing, distribution).
• Negotiate with suppliers for fabrics, dyes, and other raw materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages/overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or Business.
• 2+ years in supply chain roles within the textile/apparel industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience with sustainable sourcing practices.
• Knowledge of global textile supply chains.
