Sympl Energy is on the lookout for a full-time, on-site logistics coordinator located in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients about delivery schedules and updates
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, delivery schedules, inventory, and client communications
- Use Excel for data entry, record maintenance, and report generation
- Resolve gate passing issues for smooth entry and exit of goods
- Prepare and manage (BOS)
- Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery of goods
- Create and document challans for goods picked up from the warehouse
- Maintain and audit inventory records; reconcile discrepancies
- Organize and maintain logistics-related documents
- Ensure deliveries are made on time by coordinating with transporters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or a related field
- 0–1 year in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Analytical Skills, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management
- Ability to work on-site, as remote candidates will not be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Sympl Energy is on the lookout for a full-time, on-site Project Engineer located in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for the project
- Track project accomplishments
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
- Prepare and manage project documentation (drawings, reports, BOQs, site logs, etc.)
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely submission of documents
- Ensure all project files and correspondence are properly organized and updated
- Communicate with internal departments to follow up on documents and approvals
- Keep proper track of letters, approvals, and client submissions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (PEC registered is a must)
- Strong grip on MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work under supervision and learn quickly
- Ability to work on-site, as remote candidates will not be preferred
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
