VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: Kohesultan Mining Company (Private) Limited (KMCL) is inviting qualified and competitive applicants for the following positions of Siah Dik Copper Project.

POSITION: GEOMATICS ENGINEER

Department: Technical Department
Quantity required: 02
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in surveying and mapping engineering or related majors.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Surveyor in construction.
Additional skills and abilities:
Requiring proficiency in the use of various surveying instruments, including level, total station, RTK, drone, able to use CAD, Global Mapper, GIS, ContextCapture, Metashape and other software, able to independently carry out engineering surveying, drone aerial surveying, and other work and draw various topographic maps.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys using instruments like total stations and GPS for accurate data, prepare detailed reports and drawings, analyze survey data for precise documentation, collaborate with project stakeholders, perform pre-construction surveys, ensure compliance with standards and safety, maintain equipment, and monitor construction progress.

POSITION: ACCOMMODATION SUPERVISOR

Department: ADM
Quantity required: 02
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
Work Experience: Minimum 03 years of supervisory experience in hostel/hotel management.
Additional skills and abilities:
Strong leader with expert knowledge of health and safety compliance, crisis management, and team operations. Proficient in hospitality software, MS Office, and skilled in clear, effective communication.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for comprehensive management of hostel operations, including supervising daily activities, room allocations, and maintenance; ensuring facility upkeep, repairs, and compliance with health/safety standards; managing inventory of supplies; leading and training staff; scheduling shifts for round-the-clock staffing; and conducting regular safety inspections.

Salary is as per company scale.
