FEDERAL EMPLOYEES BENEVOLENT AND GROUP INSURANCE FUNDS (ESTABLISHMENT DIVISION)
SITUATION VACANT: Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following vacant post in FEB&GIF against Benevolent Fund Tower, Blue Area, Islamabad, for an initial contract period of two years (extendable on satisfactory performance under mutually agreed terms and conditions).
Candidates fulfilling the following criteria, including experience of high-rise buildings (07 storeys and above), may apply.
Position Details
Post Title: Project Director (BS-20)
Nature: On contract basis
Number of Posts: 01
Quota: Merit
Upper Age Limit: 60 years
Pay Package: On fixed salary as per market, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Required Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized foreign or local university in First Division.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction of high-rise projects.
- Must have sound knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification will be preferred.
- Should be a Professional Engineer (PEC registered). Degree in Project Management or Engineering Management and knowledge of Primavera will be an added advantage.
