- Business intelligence
- Hyperion
- Technical knowledge of Oracle Property Manage
JOB DESCRIPTION Handling ESL rent payments, managing leases in Oracle Property Manager, and coordinating external audits and fund disbursements with regional teams. Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets and P & L statements; aiming to streamline accounting practices while adhering to organisational policies, SOPs, departmental objectives, approvals, and the regulatory framework of ICAP, ICMA, and IFRS.
