Position : Senior Manager HR -Training and Organizational Development
Head Office, Lahore
We are looking for a Senior Manager Learning & Organizational Development to lead our HR strategies in structuring, training, and talent development. The ideal candidate will ideally have 8-10 years of experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organizational structuring, and content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and learning strategies.
- Lead organizational structuring and job profiling.
- Oversee LMS planning, development, and execution.
- Design and drive training programs based on business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for content development and delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, specializing in learning & development, organizational structuring, and content creation.
- Strong expertise in Mercer Job Evaluation Framework and LMS/Moodle.
- Experience in talent management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
