WE ARE HIRING Front Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations of the front office department, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
- Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize room rates and occupancy.
- Develop and implement promotional packages and offers, in consultation with the management.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor expenses, revenue and financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and regulations.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required, a Master’s will be preferred.
Experience:
- 6 (six) years of experience in a similar role at a renowned organization in the hospitality industry.
