Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Corporate Reporting for its Corporate Finance team based in Karachi.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and reconcile financial data from multiple departments, including business finance, treasury, and legal, ensuring accuracy and completeness for financial statements.
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements for LCI and its subsidiaries on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and other reporting requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during interim and annual audits of LCI and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely submission of financial data for the printing of quarterly and annual reports.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to propose and implement improvements in reporting systems and processes.
- Assess IFRS updates, evaluate their impact on financial reporting, and recommend an implementation strategy.
- Oversee the management and accuracy of master data within the system.
