Position : Assistant Manager – Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for all matters pertaining to EOBI, Social Security, and the Labor Offices, ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of any issues.
- Oversee the implementation of Labor Laws across the Company, ensuring full adherence to legal requirements.
- Design and execute initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement, promoting a positive workplace culture, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
Qualification
- LLB with Strong understanding of Corporate & Labor Laws (MBA or BBA Degree shall be an added advantage)
Key Skills
- Effective Communication and negotiations skills
- Proactive and creative mindset
- Hands on with MS Office
