We’re HIRING Deputy Manager HR Piece Rate Payroll (Textile Operations)
Responsibilities:
- Manage piece rate payroll for textile production staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments based on output.
- Oversee collection, verification, and compliance of piece rate data from production lines.
- Collaborate with Operations to maintain updated records of production rates and employee output.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and on-time payroll processing.
- Resolve employee payroll queries in line with textile industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, textile regulations, and company policies regarding wages and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including contracts, leave, and attendance management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in HR with a focus on payroll and piece rate operations, preferably in textile manufacturing.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of piece rate pay systems, payroll processes, and labor laws in the textile industry.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Excel for data management and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of employees and management.
