Costing Merchandiser

Job Description

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Estimating & determining the total cost of textile products.
• Costing of raw materials, accessories & other expenses.
• Analyzing cost variance.
• Identifying key cost cutting measures.

Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of executing orders in timely manner.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any HEC recognized University
• Should have good command on fabric utilization and costing of the product.
• Should have a go-getter attitude.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and ERP Software knowledge.

Purchase Executive

Job Description

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Research potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases  
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses  
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage  

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchase department, preferably from textile industry.

Qualification:

• Bachelors, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and ERP Software knowledge.
