We are looking for a Junior Officer to manage inventory processes, ensure accurate documentation, and optimize warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SAP S4/HANA, have strong organizational skills, and be detail-oriented in stock management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
-Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
-Utilize SAP S4/HANA, MM, and SD Modules for warehouse operations.
-Maintain proper warehouse documentation, including GRN & Stock Reports.
-Optimize warehouse space utilization and stock rotation.
-Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, space optimization, and SOPs.
Skills:
-Inventory management
-Documentation and record keeping
-SAP 4 HANA
-EWM Knowledge
