Organization: BISP Benazir Income Support Programme

The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received a loan (No. 3837-PK) from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Social Protection Development Project (Additional Financing). BISP intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments for consulting services for hiring of individual consultants for the “CI Wing” of BISP.

BISP now seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced national individuals, duly authorized to work in the country. Interested individuals are required to demonstrate/provide CVs and requisite information to prove their qualification/eligibility to perform the assignment. The short-listing criteria for the available positions are as follows:

1. Regional Outreach Coordinator (Baluchistan)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass and Media Communication, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. PhD in Mass Communication from a foreign reputed university shall be given preference.
Proven experience (10 years) in a senior media management role, preferably within a governmental organization, international agency, or large-scale NGO.
Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communication, and strategic communication planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in digital media, social media management, and online engagement strategies is an asset.
Knowledge of socio-economic development issues, particularly related to poverty alleviation and social protection, is desirable.

2. Regional Outreach Coordinator (AJK)

The qualifications and experience required for this position are the same as those mentioned for the Regional Outreach Coordinator (Baluchistan).
