Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & control all the manufacturing processes ensuring optimum utilization of allocated resources.
- Monitor & plan production operations to minimize demand & supply gap, in accordance with all inventory requirements.
- Reorganize facility, as needed improve communication, standard work, improve visual management, Kaizen participation and effectiveness.
- Assist the MR (management representative) in implementing and sustaining AIBI, FSSC 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015 standards as well as HACCP plan at the plant.
Education:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology.
Experience:
- 6-8 years experience bread industry.

- Well-developed production management skills environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced

- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
