National Logistics Corporation, Pakistan’s leading multimodal logistics organization is looking for a dynamic corporate professional for the below mentioned position Senior Manager Bulk Sales
Location: Karachi
Position Criteria: MBA Marketing / Sales / Master’s Degree or 16 years education in relevant field with 12 years experience.
Job Expectation:
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand the NLC’s market share.
- Identify new business opportunities in bulk logistics for dry and specialized cargo.
- Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, industries and government agencies.
- Lead the regional bulk sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure maximum fleet utilization by securing consistent and profitable contracts.
- Oversee the pricing, costing and profitability of bulk logistics services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies and customer demands in multiple regions.
- Lead and oversee the preparation, submission and negotiation of government and semi-government tenders.
- Develop and manage the annual sales budget for the bulk logistics division.
- Recommend price adjustments based on market demand, fuel cost fluctuations and competitor pricing.
- Analyze and report on profitability, revenue trends and cost optimization strategies.
