Job Title: Officer Administration โ Coal Mining Industry
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Officer Administrator to join our Administration team at the Karachi Office within the coal mining industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, facility management, and compliance with company policies to ensure a well-structured and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, service agreements, and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, employee data, and company assets.
- Provide IT support, assisting employees with basic troubleshooting, system updates, and connectivity issues.
- Oversee logistics support, including transportation arrangements, accommodation, and office supplies.
- Manage company assets, ensuring proper allocation, tracking, and maintenance.
- Handle document management, ensuring proper filing, organization, and accessibility of records.
- Oversee record-keeping and archiving of essential company documents for compliance and reference.
- Process reimbursements, verifying and maintaining records for employee expense claims.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 2+ yearsโ experience in administrative roles, preferably in an industrial or mining environment.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, logistics coordination, and IT support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in English, and Chinese will be preferred. Note: candidates from Karachi will be given to first priority
