We are hiring for “Assistant Manager IE-Apparel Division”

Education: Graduation/Masters
Experience: 03 years
Location: Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

•Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
•Implement lean manufacturing principles and identify waste reduction opportunities.
•Assist in designing and maintaining the layout of production lines for optimal workflow.
•Propose recommendations for space utilization to increase productivity
•Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
•Review production schedules and adjust work assignments as needed.
•Monitor the implementation of process changes and ensure they are adhered.
•Prepare and present reports on production performance, including efficiency, downtime, and areas of improvement.
•Maintain detailed records of improvements, studies, and changes made to processes.
•Conducted SAM studies and rate evaluations for efficiency
•Determined daily machine requirements to meet production needs.
•Cleared all piece-rate discrepancies to maintain accuracy and transparency.
•Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production yield, cycle time, and downtime.
