We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated
Admin officer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Ensuring smooth operations and administrative tasks at all B2C outlets.
📌 Ensuring smooth operations and administrative tasks at head office.
📌 B2C Outlets quality controls.
📌 Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and handle related logistics
📌 Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed
📌 Relationship with vendors to purchase equipment’s for head office
📌 Handling of petty cash for routine admin matters.
📌 Grocery purchasing for office.
📌 Assistance with HR lead for routine operational matters.
📌 Any other task assigned by the Team lead.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 BA/B.com/bachelors
💼 2+ years of experience in Admin
📊 Proficiency in Excel
Location📍: Johar Town Lahore.
