WE’RE HIRING Deputy Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Deputy Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will be responsible for providing financial insights, forecasts and strategic recommendations to support business decisions. This role involves budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

Role Description:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct variance analysis to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Analyze business performance metrics and key financial indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize cost structures and improve profitability.
Support investment analysis, capital expenditure evaluations, and business case development for new projects.
Assist in financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning and reporting efficiency.

Qualification & Experience: CA Inter/Finalist, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA

5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, or financial reporting & knowledge of financial reporting standards and business intelligence tools

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Oracle R12 and ERP systems
