Manager Shariah Compliance
Qualification:
- Dars-e-Nizami from Wifaq-ul-Madaris
- Takhassus fil Ifta (minimum of 2 years)
Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Shariah compliance, Halal auditing, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a corporate or retail setting.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Shariah Compliance Section to ensure alignment with Islamic principles.
- Conduct thorough reviews of documents, operations, and business practices for Shariah compliance.
- Oversee and manage Halal compliance, certifications, and audit processes.
- Develop and deliver Shariah training programs for staff.
- Engage in research to strengthen the organization’s Shariah-compliant framework.
- Foster a Shariah-compliant environment across all levels of operations.
- Strong understanding of corporate business operations and associated challenges.
- Expertise in Halal food standards, training, and audit procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring compliance with Shariah principles.
