Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Develop financial and tax strategies, managed the capital requests against budgeting process and variances.
- Implementation of operational best accounting and financial practices according to the latest market standards.
- Developed ERP feasibility and ensure its complete implementation & functional document of it.
- Develop and ensure the implement of account & finance policies & system for Capital management.
- Consolidation of profit & loss, balance sheet of Group’s all concerns.
- Developed performance measures that support the company strategic direction.
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal issues affecting the industry.
- Liasing with external auditors to ensure annual/interim audits is carried out effectively.
- Assist in determination of product pricing in relation to the features offered and competitor pricing.
- Manage formulating the company financial future direction and supporting tactial initiatives for better margins & smooth cash flows.
Qualification: CA qualified
Experience: 10-12 Years Experience (Preferably from textile industry)
Salary: Market Competitive
