CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR

Power Information Technology Company (PITC) is a public-sector state-owned enterprise with a mandate to provide IT services and technology solutions to DISCOs and Power Sector entities with its office at Aiwan-e-Iqbal, Lahore. We invite applications from energetic, qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions purely on performance-based contracts not to be regularized in future.

Candidates should possess the following Attributes and Skill Sets

Qualification: Candidate must be a Member of a recognized body of professional accountants having qualification of CA/ACCA/CPA/ACMA/MBA Finance from reputed local or international University/Institute.

Experience: Candidate must have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in auditing and risk management, designing of internal control procedures, effective compliance of financial reliability in public/private sector with understanding of governance, risks and risk controls especially in SOEs or Public Sector projects.

Age Limit: Maximum age 55 years on closing date of application.

Knowledge and Skills: Candidates possessing comprehensive understanding of regulations, laws, policies and Acts pertaining to the Public Sector, along with experience of reporting directly to the Board of Directors and experience of working in an IT company or an ERP based corporate environment will be given due weightage.

The position is based in Lahore and selected candidate will be offered a performance based three (03) years contract with market-based compensation package and supplementary benefits aligned with BPS-19. The position is extendable based on performance and approval of the Board.
