Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify seller account, including inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
- Optimize product listings to increase visibility and enhance conversion rates on Shopify, Daraz, and Amazon.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online discoverability.
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and manage customer engagement on Instagram, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, coupons, and advertising on various platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Shopify and Amazon policies to maximize store performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of the company’s website, Daraz Flagship Store, and social media platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp).
- Verify orders, process cancellations, and maintain updated online product catalogs.
