Position : Head of Network Development
Karachi / Lahore
EXPERIENCE: 12-15 years of experience in Network Development- OMC QUALIFICATION: Master in Business Administration/ Engineering Discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a market-specific network strategy, analyzing demographics, fuel demand, site economics, trade optimization, and growth plans across Pakistan.
- Establish a pipeline for new site development in target markets.
- Build a database of potential sites for greenfield, acquisition, and rebranding projects.
- Oversee and approve land acquisitions, leases, negotiations, and work closely with real estate professionals.
- Ensure compliance with OGRA regulations, zoning laws, safety guidelines, and NOC requirements for leases.
