Team Lead Grocery
Education: Intermediate
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Hands on Experience in Food Retail specifically in Grocery Department
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of articles & their prices, services and procedures in assigned area and nearby departments, knows the department core range and prioritizes to replenish them during his duty hours.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions & advertisements, execute daily operational goals & priorities assigned.
- Promote products and services as Greet-Qualify-Recommend-Close, resolves customers’ concerns.
- Maintains a clean and uncluttered store environment, ensures that department/area and aisles are clear, product is easily accessible to customers, consistently removes trash & empty cartons.
- Signage-Aisles/Merchandising gondolas are all clearly & attractively merchandised, adhere to signage standards & SOP’s
- Acts with integrity, maintains professional appearance, shows courtesy, has a positive, enthusiastic approach to work.
- Closing shift to Check expiries on products and remove the ones expiring the next day from merchandising displays.
- Review all SKU’s sales, stock in hand and place your orders for the following day.
- Ongoing review of quality management, Ongoing replenishment of stock.
