Position: HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF), a leading manufacturer of precision engineering goods is seeking a highly skilled Head Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop policies for hiring, performance appraisal, and compensation systems.
- Well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labor Laws. Â
- Well conversant with HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Orientation, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Performance Management, Grievance handling, and Industrial Relations.
Requirements:
- Have a Master’s Degree with at least 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Possess the skill and passion to develop HR department.

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) is a leading manufacturer of quality precision engineering goods in Pakistan. We are seeking a dynamic Director Projects & Technical Services to lead the planning, execution, and management of various projects and in-house Technical Services like QC, IT & HSE.
Position: DIRECTOR PROJECTS & TECHNICAL SERVICES
Key Responsibilities:
- Projects planning, monitoring & execution.
- Negotiating and executing of National & International Joint Ventures, select technologies and overseeing equipment procurement.
- Policy level implementation & monitoring of QC, OHSE & IT matters, and ensuring all regulatory compliances.
- SAP implementation.
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of service experience in successful project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in Mechanical).
- Masters in Project Management, or Project Management Certification (PMP) from PMI or equivalent certification from International Accreditation Project Management Institute.
- MBA from a reputed Institute will be a plus.
