Position: HSSE Officer

The HSSE Officer is responsible for overseeing and implementing safety, health, environmental, and security practices to ensure a safe working environment. Position: Territory Manager

The role of Territory Manager (TM) in Shell Mobility is a dynamic and impactful position, managing a territory of approximately 30 service stations operated by independent retailers. As the “GM of the Territory,” you’ll oversee a business with a ~$5 million annual turnover, driving performance in fuel, lubricants, and convenience retail while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Shell Mobility operates 44,000 service stations globally, serving 30 million customers daily, with Shell Pakistan managing 759 stations across 24 territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize value and profit for Shell while achieving territory business plan targets.
Drive volumes and margins for premium fuels and lubricants.
Increase Convenience Retail (Shell Select) revenue.
Ensure strong safety and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills and Requirements:

Relationship management: Build strong partnerships with retailers to achieve mutual goals.
Commercial acumen: Use data insights to lead productive commercial discussions.
Performance-driven: Translate direction into results, managing multiple priorities.
Negotiation and contract management: Ensure fair and strong negotiations to deliver results.
Coaching: Guide retailers in executing business plans and driving growth.
Stakeholder management: Navigate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position: Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. This role reports directly into the Head of HR and is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

Define, design and lead implementation of country-wide projects and initiatives to deliver the People Agenda in support of the business agenda.
Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
Develop and implement talent management strategiesto identify high-potential employees, ensuring a robust succession planning framework that aligns with organizational goals and fosters leadership development at all levels.
Manage cost-effective and timely delivery of critical business change initiatives such as organizational redesign and implementation including liaison with Country HR, ER/IR and HR Operations specialists.
