🚨 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚! Join our team as an IT Officer 🚨

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic IT Officer to manage and support our IT infrastructure. This role involves providing technical support and ensuring network security and efficiency!

🔍 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related concerns from employees.
🔹Provide technical support across the organization (in person or via phone).
🔹Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, firewalls, routers, and other IT infrastructure.
🔹Troubleshoot and analyze system issues to eliminate bugs and hardware malfunctions.
🔹Design and install firewalls to protect the network from external threats.
🔹Ensure IT database security through backups and updating security protocols.
🔹Configure and maintain various server OSs, security solutions, and network hardware.
🔹Work on Domains, IP Schemes, Static IPs, Online Devices, and Application Servers.
🔹Execute Network Security, Database Backup, Replication, Tuning, System Imaging, and more.
🔹Experience with PABX installation and configuration is an added advantage.

🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

🔹2-3 years of experience in networking and IT support.
🔹Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
🔹Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify issue severity.
🔹Experience in active directory, firewalls, backup solutions, VPN setups, and IT hardware/software.
🔹Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing various IT systems.
