Position: Graphic Designer

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Graphic Designer position. You will be part of a marketing team to create modern visuals from ideation to complete design. Your work will span across various mediums, including digital, print, and design adaptations with delivery in static, animated, and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Conceptualization: Develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
Design Creation: Produce high-quality designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity.
User Experience: Design with the user in mind, creating visually appealing and functional designs that enhance the user experience.
Stay up-to-date: Keep informed about industry trends, design software updates, and best practices.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Provide input during creative meetings and share ideas with the team.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Proven 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, etc.) and other design software. Experience with 3D designs, motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
Creativity: A strong eye for detail, color, typography, and composition, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
