𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Coordinate with the stakeholders for smooth management of Zakat and Welfare cases.
o Responsible for proper documentation and due diligence.
o Verify the attached documents and request missing documents if necessary.
o Analyze submitted documents and verify authenticity.
o Conduct phone calls to verify & collect additional information.
o Contact references and numbers provided by the applicant for verification.
o Conduct physical visits to assess the applicant’s living situation.
o Coordinate activities, provide initial approval, and complete any missing documents.
o Evaluate and make recommendations.
o Handle disbursement and fund management queries.
o Address any queries or concerns raised by committee members.
o Ensure policies align with Shariah compliance.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Mufti/Aalim/Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies.
o Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Zakat Management & Corporate Office Work.
o Good knowledge of Zakat & Sadqa rules as per the Islamic law.
o Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
o Understanding of Shariah assessment policies.
o Strong communication and people skills.
o Ability to keep information private and handle sensitive data.
