Position: Chief Regional Officer
ConnecTech is specialized in developing and commercializing advanced technologies for the industrial and defense sectors, contributing to national growth through innovation. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic professional to join our team as Chief Regional Officer to lead our Karachi office.
Job Profile
- Oversee operations at the Karachi Office, aligning activities with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments and external organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Manage projects and clients and update CRM software.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the CEO.
- Should be able to do consultative selling.
- Planning and manage the marketing budget and activities, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Oversee procurement and logistics functions.
- Should have the ability to find, access the relevant industrialists and establish professional connections with CEOs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven management experience, preferably in industrial/commercial or defense sectors.
- Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and data analytics.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Minimum BSc Engineering degree preferably with MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.
