WE’RE HIRING! SENIOR MANAGER – CASH MANAGEMENT
Academic Qualification:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from HEC-recognized institution
Experience:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience required
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and design Cash Management and Employee Banking Products/Projects as per the Business requirement and customize the Business solution after analyzing the Bank’s existing systems. Develop BRDs and get them approved by various internal stakeholders related to the product/projects.
- Supervise and coordinate with vendors, various internal departments, and internal IT teams for smooth and timely completion of project/product launch.
- Prepare product documents and develop SLA between various internal/external stakeholders for effective execution of the product for Cash Management and Employee Banking Business.
- Identify limitations in the system and execute effective projects to remove these limitations either through new developments in the system or by modifying existing processes to bring in efficiency for smooth transaction execution in the Bank.
- Liaison with branches and with customer users for training on Cash Management and Employee Banking Products.
- Implement and supervise the Cash Management/Employee Banking Mandates in the Cash Management System etc.
- Guide the Cash Management sales staff to customize the solution as per the requirement of the customer.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of API integrations and Cash Management Systems
- Hands-on market experience of new trends in Cash Management/Employee Banking Products
