Position: Receptionist (Karachi)
Skills and Requirements:
- Education: Graduation
- Experience: 1-2 years’ working experience in Administration of any organization.
- Success Attributes: Problem Solving Skills, Team Player, Self-Motivated, Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Organize couriers and banker cheques.
- Distribute samples and gifts.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments.
