Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Select and guide top achievers for IVY league admissions
- Provide personalized college admissions and career guidance
- Assist with applications, essays, and interview preparation
- Identify areas for improvement and support academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with teachers and parents
- Manage documentation and report progress to the regional BCP Manager
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a guidance counselor in the market
- In-depth knowledge of the admission processes of the world’s best universities (IVY league, Oxford/Cambridge)
- Excellent research, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
