We are hiring! Planning & Performance Lead
Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Karachi
Job Description:
- Planning & executing daily replenishments.
- Minimizing disposals by highlighting near-to-expiry stock beforehand.
- Prepare reallocation plan for inter-store movement to ensure stock availability across all stores.
- Continuously improve forecasts through evaluation of inventory changes, sales trends, category trends or marketing plans.
- Weekly forecasting on a zone level for planning resources for last mile & dark stores.
- Design & monitor metrics for last mile & dark stores to manage target service levels.
- Create & monitor end-to-end daily transfer orders.
- Preparation of reports & dashboards.
- Identifying & documenting performance gaps for review.
- Work with large data sets to identify correlations & causal relationships.
Skills Required:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a Related Field.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis & process automation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, & business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning.
