Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and ensure candidates fit company culture.
- Develop onboarding for smooth and quick integration of new employees.
- Implement employee training, development, and leadership programs.
- Oversee performance reviews and reward top performers.
- Ensure legal and policy compliance, especially in employee data protection.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
- Address grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly.
- Collaborate on HR strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
-Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for employees.
Requirements:
- Education: BBA in HR from a reputable university.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in HR roles.
- Certifications: CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong grasp of HR best practices in recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, especially in background verification services.
- Proficiency in HR management systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
