Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and ensure candidates fit company culture.
Develop onboarding for smooth and quick integration of new employees.
Implement employee training, development, and leadership programs.
Oversee performance reviews and reward top performers.
Ensure legal and policy compliance, especially in employee data protection.
Lead initiatives for employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
Address grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly.
Collaborate on HR strategies for business growth and market expansion.
Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
-Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for employees.

Requirements:

Education: BBA in HR from a reputable university.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in HR roles.
Certifications: CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong grasp of HR best practices in recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, especially in background verification services.
Proficiency in HR management systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
